"Dawn and Rob have been absolutely amazing throughout the most difficult time of losing my husband. They have provided a very personal, caring and compassionate service to myself, and my children were tended to delicately and with true feeling to allow their final goodbyes. The celebrant they used for my husband’s send off was also superb and I have been told by many who attended what a lovely funeral it was, words used were ‘one of the best’ Dawn was extremely patient with me through the process, whilst also nurturing me along to each step of the organisation. I couldn’t have asked for more and will be eternally grateful. Big thank you to Toby the dog as well who is always happy for a cuddle. Thank you, love and best wishes to you both."

"Both Dawn & Rob supported me throughout the whole process from the very first phone call Dawn was so understanding, thoughtful and very reassuring. With the such traumatic circumstances Dawn really made me feel at ease throughout it all she spent time getting to know our situation and backgrounds so she could support us whole heartedly. "I cannot recommend Dawn and Rob enough. As a young widow I was thrown in to a world of making decisions on things that I had very little understanding of. Dawn walked me through every part carefully, thoughtfully and empathically, and guided me to make the right decisions for my late husband. She went above and beyond to support me and was always only a text message away, which brought me a lot of comfort to know that questions can be answered, as and when they popped in to my head.
I visited my husband in the chapel of rest multiple times, which was calming and respectful, and importantly - I was given as much time as I needed, as often as I needed.
Dawn and Rob selected a celebrant on my behalf, and they couldn't have chose anyone more suitable than Jen, she matched perfectly to what I wanted for the celebration of my husband's life.
If you choose Quantock Funeral Directors, be assured you will be placing your trust in very capable hands, they are professional, but more importantly, personable and genuinely care about you and your wishes, no detail is too much - and if you change your mind on any aspect it is never too much trouble."

"Sadly my girlfriend/partner recently passed away. After looking for suitable funeral services I found Quantock Funeral Director.
From the initial telephone conversations they instantly made me decide to choose them. They were caring and very helpful with all the necessary procedures.
They were fully familiar with the procurement of all the paperwork and documents required, they had to chase up GP who were slow to respond never returned phone calls and also to find the Registrar.
They were like a trusty family member, very understanding and patient.
Looked after my late Pauline with great care, always there to help and support, being available even on weekends to open the chapel and let me visit Pauline.
